Accra Express was born from a simple stubbornness: that the food we grew up on - rich, fiery, simmered for hours, served generously - belongs on a Harlem corner just as much as it belongs on a Sunday table back home. From jollof crowned with tomato stew to okra soup heavy with goat, smoked turkey, tripe and cowfoot, every dish leaves our kitchen the way it would leave a grandmother's. Plenty. Hot. Unapologetic.

This food is so amazing I ordered two days in a row and that's very rare for me. The jollof is spectacular and the goat with tomato stew it comes with is divine. I ordered pepper soup with goat yesterday and that was also amazing. I will try it with mixed meat next time
